Keto Pizza Crust

 75 g Shredded Mozarella
 40 g Almond Flour
 40 g Cream Cheese
 5 g Xanthan gum
 5 g Baking Powder
 1 Egg

Preheat oven to 200°C

Mix almond flour, xanthan gum, baking powder and seasoning very well

Add the egg

In separate bowl, microwave mozzarella and cream cheese in 30 second intervals until melted
Once melted, add to flour and egg mixture

Knead mixture until fully combined. This can take 5-10 Minutes.
Add into Microwave again if the 2 masses wont combine anymore

Flatten the Dough with wet hands and pressure onto a parchment paper each.
Be very careful and dont mind if it sticks to the paper, the grease coming out of the base will help with that.<

Alternatively put the dough between 2 parchment papers and roll it out.

Add what ever topping you like and put the Pizza into the oven for 20-25 minutes.
