Keto Nuggets

 600 g Chickenbreast
 2 Eggs
 100 g Pork Crust
 Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Curry, what ever you like

Chop the Chicken into small dices and add them to a blender together with the spices.
You can blend it as fine as you want, i like it the most when it's nearly paste like

Wet your hands and form small nuggets out of them onto a plate.
Let all nuggets sit in the fridge for 15 minutes while you prepare the rest.

Beat the eggs in a bowl.
And blend the prok crusts until they are very fine.

The breading can be quite a challenge.
I like to take the nuggets with a fork into the beaten eggs, turn them a few times and then put them over into the blended pork crusts.
Now i just cover the nugget with the blended pork crusts with my hand and press a little.
Make sure that the whole nugget is covered.

Deep fry at 180°C until the nuggets swim at the top for some while.
The time depends on the thickness of your nuggets, please be carful with chicken.

(Or at 200°C for 10-15 minuts in the oven)

I made more nuggets than i could possibly eat, so i added them into a small plastic bag to put them into the feezer.
Just fry them frozen at 190°C and for a bit longer.
