Dough
 225 g shredded Mozarella
 112 g almond flour
 112 g cream cheese
 15 g xanthan gum
 15 g Bakingpowder
 3 eggs
Sauce
 300 g Minced Beef
 200 g Tomato
 150 g Onion
 Thyme
 Salt and Pepper

The Base

Preheat oven to 200°C

Mix almond flour, xanthan gum, baking powder and seasoning very well

Add the eggs

In separate bowl, microwave mozzarella and cream cheese in 30 second intervals until melted
Once melted, add to flour and egg mixture

Knead mixture until fully combined. This can take 5-10 Minutes.
Add into Microwave again if the 2 masses wont combine anymore

Seperate the dough into 3 balls and flatten them with wet hands and pressure onto a parchment paper each.
Be very careful and dont mind if it sticks to the paper, the grease coming out of the base will help with that.

The Sauce

Chop the tomatoes really finely, then dice the onions add both to a bowl with the minced meat.
Add the Seasoning and the the Thyme to the Sauce and mix everything until its well combined

The Wedding

Add the Sauce onto the bases and remember to split it equally onto all 3 bases

Add the 3 Lahmacuns into the oven for 20-25 minutes depending on the thickness of the whole thing.
The lahmacuns are ready when they minced beef look a little crusty
